Therapy for grief, depression, and developing resiliency

Sometimes, you just need to talk.

You need to talk because you’re grieving or depressed. Perhaps you’re anxious or worried. Or maybe you just feel stuck.

You’ve got an idea. A question. A loss. A dream. And you want to bounce it off someone to see if what you’re saying and feeling makes sense.

All of those things, any of those things, can be a reason to see someone in therapy. Going to therapy doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you. All it means is that you’ve got something you want to talk about. And you want to go where you know someone will be listening.
Need to talk? I’m here.

“My gift turned out to be something I knew about myself without really appreciating it. Now, I am pleased to realize that I have my own special way to contribute to the world.”
